Problem is that the dev team is currently just me until I can get up a video of the concept/tutorial level online.
So when I sit down to work the list of concept, programing, fonts/glyphs, audio, and graphics becomes a bit overwhelming.

Are you up for working in the above 8-bit like style?
Do you have Adobe Illustrator CS4 or CS5? I would love to get the art in vector format using a live paint group from Illustrator's Rectangular Grid Tool (I have templates for the grid sizes I use already). This tutorial video should give you the gist: [link]
Adobe Illustrator however is not required. I can still fairly easily take your work and remake it in Illustrator for a scalable vector format.
So let me know if you are, or know somebody who is, doing freelance pixel art work.
Thanks,

Did you find some artist help?
I have been trying to recruit artists to help with the work load of my current project.
I have photoshop.
How about: you give me a description of one thing that you need and I'll give it a go. You can then judge the result.
I can make a template file for you and then tell ya what I am needing and you can fiddle.
Take your time, I'm preparing for the London MCM Expo this week and wont be back till Tuesday.
